You are already using your Interior Savings MemberCard® for every day purchases and your mobile phone is never far from your hand. Now Interior Savings Credit Union is bringing you Mobile Pay—where you can pay with Interac Flash® on your Android phone!

  • It’s easy. All you need is a Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled Android phone and the latest version of the Interior Savings mobile banking app. Load your MemberCard on your phone and you are ready to use Mobile Pay!

  • It’s fast. Just look for retailers that display the Interac Flash logo or the contactless symbol—a click or two on your phone and you are on your way!

  • It’s secure. With MemberCard protection such as passcode verification, transaction limits and zero customer liability, you can feel confident using Mobile Pay for any Interac Flash purchase.

How Mobile Pay works.

Mobile Pay is based on Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, the same technology that powers Interac Flash cards. NFC is built right into your Android phone (version 4.4 and above).

Interac Flash uses chip technology, with functionality and state-of-the-art security unique to Interac Flash. And your card information is not stored on the mobile device.

How to use Mobile Pay.

Simply download the latest version of the Interior Savings Mobile banking app to your mobile phone from the Google Play® store. Open it and select Mobile Pay. Select which  MemberCard you would like loaded to your phone, choose a passcode and that’s it! You can start making payments immediately.

You can use Mobile Pay at any retailer where you can use Interac Flash. Simply hold your unlocked mobile phone near the reader, follow the instructions on the screen and wait for the purchase to be approved. Your banking account is updated immediately.

For purchases over $100, you will be prompted to enter the passcode that you selected when you set up Mobile Pay. From time to time, you may also be asked for the passcode for additional security.
