Interior Savings members can receive an Interac® e-Transfer. Money received by email or mobile phone will be deposited directly into your personal Interior Savings account.

How To Receive Money By Email/Mobile Phone

  1. Click the link in the email or text message. You will be directed to a special site operated by Certapay, an Interac subsidiary.
  2. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site and select Interior Savings
  3. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site to log in to Online Banking
  4. Log in to Online Banking and enter the answer to the security question
  5. Choose the Interior Savings account into which you wish to deposit the money

Request Money

Using the Request Money Feature
Using online or mobile banking you select a contact from your list, enter an amount and an account where funds are to be deposited as part of the request. There is even an option to add a personalized message.

If it’s a business, enter an invoice number and send the request.

An Interac® e-Transfer notification will then be sent to the contact. Once they receive the notification, they can fulfill the request by logging into their online banking, and the funds will be immediately deposited into your account.

Request Money Feature for Small Businesses

The Request Money feature is available for small business members and will enable your business to turn online banking into a business payments hub.

With Request Money for Small Business you will be able to:

  • Request funds for outstanding payments
  • Receive funds faster

Autodeposit

Using Interac® e-Transfer is convenient, but for members waiting to be paid it’s never fast or easy enough. That’s why there’s Autodeposit. It is a secure way to receive money without having to answer security questions for every transaction.

Autodeposit is designed to make receiving money easier by linking your email address to a bank account at your financial institution. When an Interac® e-Transfer is sent to you the payment will automatically be deposited into the bank account associated with your email address. You will receive a notification that funds were deposited. Now, there is no need to select the Financial Institution, login to online banking and answer a security question.

All you need to do is the Autodeposit feature, enter your email address and select the bank account you want associated with your account. It only takes seconds to set-up and allows you to get back to doing what you love faster.

Setting up Autodeposit

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Selct 'Transfers'
  3. Select 'Autodeposit' and follow the instructions
Autodeposit for Small Businesses

Autodeposit is available for small business members and will enable your business to turn online banking into a business payments hub.
With Autodeposit for Small Business you will be able to:

  • Track payments online
  • Improve cash flow management

What You Should Know:

  • There is no fee to deposit money into your account that you have received by email.
  • If you do not want to deposit the money into your account you can decline the transfer.
  • For mobile phone transfers if you do not have a data package on your phone you will need to enter the URL link via any internet connection to complete the transfer.
